Claritin (Loratadine) is an antihistamine used to cure the symptoms of fever and other allergic cases such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes, and sneezing. It may additionally used to cure hives. This drug may also be used to treat other conditions as prescribed by your doctor.
Important information: -
Use caution when driving, treating machinery, or performing other unhealthy activities. Atarax may cause dizziness or indolence. If you feel dizziness or dullness, avoid these activities. Use alcohol carefully. Alcohol can hike drowsiness and dullness while you are taking Claritin. There are no known reciprocal action between Claritin and other medications. Ask your doctor and chemist before taking any prescription or over-the-counter drugs.
Before taking Claritin: -
Before taking Claritin, Consult with your doctor if you have ever had an allergic backfire to an antihistamine, kidney disease or liver problem. You may not be fit to take Claritin, or you may need a quantity adjustment or special monitoring during therapy if you have any of the cases listed above. Claritin is harmful in pregnancy. It will be injurious to an unborn baby. Do not take Claritin without asking to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby. Claritin passes into breast milk and can influence a nursing newborn. Do not take Claritin without consulting to your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby. Take Claritin as suggested by your health provider. If you didn't understand those instructions, ask your pharmacist or doctor to describe them to you. Take each general tablet with a full glass (8 ounces) of water. Claritin can be taken with or without meal. Do not crush, munch, or break the ordinary Claritin tablets. Gulp them in one piece. Claritin should be taken once a day. Chase your doctor's instructions.
